Purposeful Alignment

If someone asked you what level of expectations do you have for you’re the goals in your life and the desires of your heart, what would your response be? Are you happy where you are at now? Do you want more? Do you have a certain lid for your expectancy that you can’t see behind your limitations or your current mindset? This week, I was reminded of the greatness that is inside of ever individual that is alive and well around the world; there is something indescribably A M A Z I N G upon each life that is yet to be discovered because there is a block that is hindering their ability to elevate. The only way to greatness is through frustration (How Ironic! Am I right?) because if you are not frustrated, you will be complacent. It is time for your focus to be adjusted to the level that God has called you to be at. Increase your faith and watch how expectancy begins to rise above into the unfathomable blessings God has for you. Be intentional and available to the voice of your Heavenly Father! You can’t listen to what God is trying to say if you are too busy trying to tell God what He needs to do.

So don’t you see that we don’t owe this old do-it-yourself life one red cent. There’s nothing in it for us, nothing at all. The best thing to do is give it a decent burial and get on with your new life. God’s Spirit beckons. There are things to do and places to go! This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?” God’s Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children. And we know we are going to get what’s coming to us—an unbelievable inheritance! We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we’re certainly going to go through the good times with him!” (Romans 8:12-17 MSG)

Here are some key points:

  1. To go up, you need to grow up.
    1. Set your thought life to where God is.
      1. This is not to teach you what to think but how to think.
    2. Don’t live by people’s compliments because if you live by people’s compliments, you will die by their criticism.
  2. Determine the thoughts that come into your mind.
    1. There are some things that need to be deleted so that your life can operate at its fullest potential.
      1. You need to consider what is worth keeping and what is worth deleting in your life that will build and benefit you in the long run.

Your purpose and persistence determines how high you can go. Stop wasting potential on areas that are not a part of your purpose. It is time to refuse complacency as you wait around for God to fix your mindset. It won’t come down until you send it up. You never know until you let go, Release and watch it rain!
